"Each time I’ve went through, it’s taken something off my car. My little lettering is fine, easy to replace. This last time I went through, it completely ripped my back windshield wiper off. Snapped it off completely. New scratches all over my car, paint missing. It’s been a whole bunch of fun. I proceed to vacuum my car and also none of them work, they’re all broke, and trash everywhere. There’s been no way to contact them."
"I love this car wash especially because my dad's is a veteran and when I saw that it was veteran owned, I proceeded to use it. To make a long story short, I've been coming here for a while now however; on my last visit I did not get all my change from the machine. It stated that it was out of money and it owed me $4. I got the receipt went to the Food City gas attendant who then told me that they have nothing to do with that car wash however they did give me a phone number to call and of course no one answered however I did leave a message.$4 is not a big deal but it's the principal. To the owners, please add a contact number so that customers who may have a problem can call."
"This car wash has damaged our vehicle. Damaging my roof and put a big dent in my finder. I made a police report. The owner is being very rude. And refusing To share his insurance information. The officer stated that this is not the first time. This has happened at this car wash. I would not go there. He Claims to be a veteran. But is Clearly not for the people. Makes me wonder why he Served. This is wrong and he knows it."
"Normally this is my go-to quick wash because it is reasonably priced and usually does a good job. I really enjoy that it has tap-to-pay. The vacuums are free with the car wash and are a good strength to clean the inside well. However, during my last visit and my sister's last visit on a different night, we both experienced a strong sewer smell during the wash, particularly at the beginning. Hopefully this can be remedied soon and it will get back to its normal quality."
