The staff bent over backwards to explain everything, answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable. You can’t beat the customer service. Also, they were very transparent about what they were doing. This is my new oil change place. Plus, they have other services I didn’t know about that I will take advantage of."

"Love this location! Service was amazing and the employees were so nice. Garrett really made sure to explain exactly what needed to be done in detail and why it needed to be done! They make sure to greet you in a timely manner, walk you through the process and even walk you to the door for the waiting area! Prices are great, especially with the discounts on brakes and filters... Highly recommend if you are in the north ga area!"

I have been going to jiffy lube consistently for 15 years and always been pleased, but Chris blew it out of the water today. It seemed that he was the only one available, but he made sure that only having 1 staff member didn’t negatively impact my service. Will definitely go out of my way to come back to this store!"
