"Simply put, I'm not happy with and rather disappointed in the quality of the work my car received for what I paid. The car wasn't polished as requested, which was the sole reason I hired him, and when I reached out to charlie, he never responded. It's painfully obvious that neither polish nor a polishing machine touched my car's paint. There were several areas of unbuffed wax on the exterior that I had to buff myself. The sunroof has a screen to catch bugs and that wasn't cleaned. There were dead bugs, or the evidence of, still attached to the front bumper. Had a polisher been used, this wouldn't have been the case. For someone who has 'been detailing cars since he was little', his work doesn't reflect it or he's simply wasted his life with his hobby. It was a waste of 245 dollars. I could have run through a 12 dollar automatic wash and gotten better results myself and that's considering the micromarring those automatic washes give your paint. Save your money and time. There should have been NO miscommunication with what I hired him to do...a clay bar, polish, and a wax for the exterior... Pretty simple. The inside seems fine. There WAS a communication problem with how long he wanted to keep the car. He expected me to leave it overnight which was never brought up until 630am when I dropped it off. The nine hours my car was kept, 630a to 4p, was plenty of time to accomplish the entire job. I know, I've done it. If the failure points were due to time constraints, that should have been mentioned weeks before when I scheduled the appointment. I've attached photos to this comment. Like my grandfather always told me...if you want it done right, do it yourself or get someone competent."

"Almost got hit by whomever was driving the vehicle with business decals. Merged into my lane at elevated speed passing closely in front of my wife and I, narrowly missing us. They then proceeded to weave in and out of traffic at high speed. 2 stars since maybe they’re a decent person who had a legitimate emergency. Otherwise, wouldn’t trust them with my car since they apparently can’t drive their own safely."

"I recently had the opportunity to use Wax Works for a Honda Odyssey van that I needed detailed. Charles was very professional and quoted me a great price. He completed the project in very timely fashion. When I went to pick it up I was absolutely amazed at the level of detail he took to get the van back in tip top condition. Very pleased with his work and with the value of his service. I will definitely be taking more cars to Wax Works in the near future."
