"Guess we were the UNLUCKY ONES ?? Paid $600 for a van detail. Went to pick it up and I was absolutely “shocked” at the number of places I found all within the van that were not cleaned. I could not believe it, considering all of the good Google reviews. The owner was the only one there and was presenting the van to us. I began pointing out and showing him all of the places that were not cleaned. Including all of the door jams. This van has a total of five doors and none of the jams were wiped down or cleaned.?? was just the beginning. It looked like we had ran it through one of those full service car washes where they vacuum and wipe down the inside and clean the windows when it comes out of the wash. We ended up leaving the van with him for another day so that they could touch it up some more and finish. This was very disappointing! Yes, the owner was very kind and we had high hopes. However, we paid $600. We did not get a $600 detail. I’m sorry but cannot recommend. Reply to It’s N The Details…. Sir, I recommended my son bring his van to you because of your reviews and also you and I met years ago and you gave me your card. Yes, the van belongs to my son. However, I paid for the service as a gift to him and I am also the one who drove him there to pick up the van. He and I both showed you numerous places that were not cleaned. Nothing in my review is dishonest. I regret that we had a bad experience. Obviously this is not the norm with your company."

"As a business owner I love to give my business to fellow business owner that have put a lot of time and effort into their work and really have an appreciation for the work they do. I have followed this particular business for a while now and have read reviews and all. I highly recommend Mario for your detailing needs. Super helpful, super down to earth and definitely takes accountability for not only his work but the work of others as well. If you are reading the reviews and have concerns I would highly suggest take an outside of the box way of looking at things. Before and after pics in a business such as this are necessary. "I have been using “It’s N The Details” for a few years now. I first went to him with my SUV that was not taken care of, only to have him make the car look brand new. The carpets were terrible from the previous owner and I went to him with high hopes that he would help and boom, completely turned the SUV around. I bought a new to me car, had it ceramic coated, he took his time and made it perfect. And touch ups since have been again amazing. I am thankful for his service because there is no way I could get my car as clean as he does!!!"
