"I dropped items off at this store starting when the new owners opened the door. I turned in clothing, etc a minimum of 3 times, maybe 4. The items I brought in were in good shape. Many items still had price tags on them. Out of all the items I brought to the store I only earned $8 which was shocking to me. I regularly took things to Rebecca's Closet prior to their selling the store and I always earned profits on every bag of items I dropped off. When I stopped by the store last week I was told I had no earnings and no items on the floor. However, I recognized a purse on display. I asked the store emploee to look up the item in their system. It was mine. It was originally priced at $40 and then reduced to $25. I was told that the purse had been at the store >45 days thus it had then become property of the store. I was told sales were low in January and February. I think my items were put on the floor untimely. They/the store could then take ownership of items after 45 days and then they could keep any profit if there were any. I also think my items may have been overpriced, thus harder to sell. I assure you I never had any of these problems in all the years I dealt with Rebecca's Closet prior to the store gaining new ownership. Beware. You may want to keep up with what you drop off and have the store return items not sold. I won't be dealing with this store again."

"I contemplated writing this review for weeks I really don’t want to say anything negative about a business that someone worked so hard to build. But I’ve been scammed out of 15k before. And now I make it my life’s purpose to attempt to speak truth against people who aren’t being truthful; use your money for their own benefit and you receive no benefit in return. A Scammer is a Scammer. I’ve also found that my cultural background, professional expertise and my career achievements makes people possibly think I’m supposed to be scammed? I have two special need kiddos; 4 kids altogether. I’m an Army spouse. It’s wrong for people to scam. There is definitely some shady business deals going on here. If you do decide to use this one. Only give things that you were going to give for free (because essentially you will be doing a donation regardless despite what the business tells you.). I also believe there are some/a person(s) working here that may have a substance usage background. Which, as humans, we all battle something. This definitely seems to affect how they deal with their business and customers currently. Which could be a positive thing or a negative thing… depending on a few different variables. Again, I hate writing this review. I wish things would have been different. Blessings to this business."

"I love this shop! Everything is always so clean and neat! I bought some outfits that look brand new. The staff is always so wonderful and very helpful! I got the outfits as a present but I know when I have a baby I will be shopping here more frequently! 10/10 best consignment shop! They cater to those less financially fortunate so the prices are definitely amazing!"
