"As I was trying to shop, I realize that I'm a male shopping in a female oriented store, a store that only caters to selling women's clothing but what wasn't right or respectful is how one of their employees kept saying gay out loud and then proceeded to follow me around the store acting like I was going to steal something. It made for a real bad shopping experience."

"1 star is TOO MUCH for this store’s rating. Today the Manager decided to yell at my 4yr old son and made him cry because he was running in the store. When I asked the woman what she said to make him cry she was completely disrespectful telling me that “she didn’t care who the mother is, this is her store & he needs to stop!” I told her that as his mother, I would appreciate if she would ask me to correct the behavior because that’s not okay. Although, I didn’t state this fact, my son is autistic. The manager proceeded to the front or the store without asking me to leave. 10min later, the police were outside the store and she told them my child and I were trespassing. I thank my god that the police officers understood that a child will always act like a child but this manager JOYCE HOSELY was completely unprofessional and I am disgusted with the behavior she has shown as the face to the store. I have been banned from the store for 1yr but I will ensure that my family and I will never go back to this store again. Imagine the face of my child when he thought the police was there to “take him away.” I am gravely disappointed and unsatisfied with the customer service. This store is located at 103 W General Screven Way, Hinesville, GA 31313. The other customers tried to vouch for me to the police officer that I was never disrespectful & I remained professional. It was the manager who was completely rude and out of control. This is an example of abuse of power. Please remove her or this store will run out of business very soon. Very Respectfully."

"I would like to comment that Taylor is an excellent employee and she knows how to treat customers well. She is always working but is more than willing to help clients at any moment."

"Worst experience ever. Figured I would go in and see what they had. At check out the cashier asked me if I was pregnant "because I look like it." Needless to say I'm not. Currently crying in my car I'm so offended and upset I can't even drive home. Will not be returning ever again. Update The lingerie I bought fit perfect and I loved it on me. But I'm having my husband return it right now because I don't want a reminder of my experience at this horrible store. Maybe next time don't ask a woman if they're pregnant when they're shopping at a store that caters to plus size women."

"So many beautiful and quality clothes at a really good price. They are "in the know" with fashion so you have many options to choose from. The customer service is very helpful and friendly. I love the convenient location also. Recommend to those looking for affordable shopping (especially for back to school). They have great sales and clearances all the time, too."
