Shoe Dept.

"While shopping today at Shoe Depot in St. Mary's, ga, None of the workers where in the front of the store. After we were there for about 10 minutes a very nice young lady came out of the backroom. Helped me find some shoes and there was laughter. A while later when I was ready to check out I and my mother looked for a sales person and neither of us saw one. I said hello to get someone's attention no one responded, I said hello again louder this time. The shorter young lady walks around and says very rudely " don't yell hello, cone and look for someone" I replied I did look down two row , the sales person said again " you don't have to yell in this store" I responded to her don't speak to me in that tone and don't take your mess out on me" she the sales person state," I am not checking you out" and walks away. I was checked out by the first young lady she spoke with an agent. The entire experience was not bad, but the sales person was really rude!!"

"The sales person helped me order something I wanted. It was delivered within a week! They also have a good selection and prices are reasonable."

"I visit this location today 08/09/2023 at 8:45pm. I definitely understands its close to closing time. I had the worst experience ever!!! I came in and spoke to both ladies. No one offer to help with anything. I was looking for sperrys for my daughter for school. I asked one of the ladies for assistance for a size 2. She just stated we don’t have nothing but what’s on the shelves. She didn’t offer to order the shoes or ask to look at something similar. I found a 2.5 in the sperrys and checked out. I even signed up for the rewards program. I just expected better customer services. Just some rude and non nonchalant ladies."
