"I typically don’t write bad reviews, but this is the worst store I ever been too, the dynamic in this store is very trashy and unprofessional. Store manager is highly rude, and not customer service friendly, but of course the employees like to show her behind. This store needs new management, I been here for 10 years, as a regular customer. I highly recommend not shopping here! It should be name Hibbett Fashion, it has plenty of clothes but never enough shoes. I hate I have to travel to Brunswick, this store is a complete joke. It deserves zero star."

"Good luck trying to get anyone to help you get shoes down or to check the back for anything. That should have been our first red flag. But we still bought our shoes. My husband wore his Under armor shoes (that wasn't cheap or on sale) a few times and the RIPPED ! I called them to be informed oh if you've worn them you can't return them, not even to switch out for the same thing which is BS . Plenty of people wear shoes in the store and put them back in the box what's the difference..If this was a Nike store they'd replace them up to 6months! I'd love if someone higher up could contact me.."
