"I rarely do reviews on companies because I’ve found few lately worthy of any review. We completed a whole home renovation and hired a “fine painting” company prior to Murphy painting and they nearly ruined our home. Needless to say they were fired after only 3 weeks. After searching for several weeks, getting estimates, interviews Etc, I found Steven Murphy. He had an obvious knowledge of painting that surpassed most. He pointed out how he would have done things differently than the other company, however was careful not to bad mouth them. He emailed me the next day with the quote after I explained that I needed to hire someone immediately. His price was reasonable and he started the following week. Nate, Jeremy and Nicole were amazing! Very trustworthy, organized and considerate, as we were partially living in the home with kids. They didn’t start power tools until we left for school at 7:30, they listened to my concerns and were very patient. They vacuumed every day before leaving and were immaculate, placing their tools as if they were on display. I’m not easily impressed, but I can’t think of anything negative to say. Their work was amazing! The owner Steve checked in with me regularly and asked if I had any concerns and if I was satisfied. He didn’t push his workers to “hurry and just get it done.” The finish was more important to him than a few extra days. Honestly, what more can you ask for! If they had a 6 star review, they earned it!"

"We used Murphy Painting in the restoration and painting of our house of 25 years. As it had been 11 years since the house had been painted, it not only needed painting but restorative work on exterior woodwork as well. Window sills, siding, rake boards, and other trim areas were professionally replaced prior to painting. Power washing and all other surface prep were completed as well. The painting process was just as successful. The team that worked on the house were primarily Mike, Dan, Jeremy, and Aidyn were excellent, professional, talented, communicative, and extremely helpful. I have two overly friendly Labs who love to watch, play, and help out anyone who might be in their yard. The team navigated the dogs with kindness.
