"So idk about their service cause unfortunately they couldn’t fit me in their busy schedule but their cost service was absolutely appalling. My car over heated as I was driving with my two newborn babies and I was in a panic so i stopped here immediately because it was the closest place near me. I went up to front desk and told her my situation and asked if someone could please just help me because the engine was all the way up at the hottest level. She said no one can see u but put coolant in your car and just GOOGLE IT and made a rude texting gesture with her hands. I was in a state of panic cause I had the babies in the car and didn’t want to be stranded somewhere and that just wasn’t what I needed at that moment. I would never go here because I wouldn’t want these rude people to ever have my money!"

"Very poor customer service I made an appointment 9 days prior for front end alignment and two tires mounted that I would supply. We dropped the car off the night before as instructed by A&A I received a call at 1120 am the service advisor informed me the tires were the wrong size completely my fault. They agreed to do the alignment and I would bring the car back for the tires. Fast forward to 455 pm service advisor calls and states “they did not get chance to do the alignment “ I find that unacceptable. This was my first time using this business and I will not use them again."
