My latest repair was not the motor but a bearing in the gearbox attached to the motor. They diagnosed and fixed it in less than 24 hours! Excellent service"

"what a nice people, I took my three phase motor to see if it still work, the gentleman who was there took the motor , wired it, tested it and came back with it and said it works fine and he would not charge me, very honest person he could have said the motor is shot and sold me another motor, he will get all my repair in the future."
"We were getting a charger installed and most of the plan was devised over the phone and with photos. They gave us a quote and said that the job is doable. On the day of the install, they sent over TJ, who had no idea what needed to be done and who said "I didn't know the ceiling is finished" and "I don't know if the amp will support the charger". All the information was provided prior to the visit. He had to call the manager twice to clarify. He was very careless and stuck a metal snake into our ceiling which dislodged our alarm system. Then proceeded to tell us that he needed to cut holes into our ceiling. When I inquired how the ceiling was going to be repaired, he shrugged and did not provided adequate explanation. We were taken aback by his lack of preparedness and his demeanor. He just wanted to rip our house apart but not did not want to explain the process so we put a stop to the job. After I complained to the manager, they still charged us a visit."
