New Bedford Appliance Repair

"The window was 12-3. Showed up at 5:30. Had to order a part. Had it shipped to me overnight. Never returned to install the part. I called multiple times and was told they didn’t have anyone to install the part. Had to call and pay another company to come out. I would never use this company again."

"Scheduled my appointment two days in advance and they immediately wanted an $85 deposit. A little unusual, but ok. I was given a 3 hour window for the appointment and 20 minutes before my window expired, I called to find out where the tech was. I was told that they tried to call me and leave me a VM saying the tech that was assigned would not work with them anymore (red flag!) and they were sorry and would refund my deposit. Of course, I have no missed calls and certainly no VM from them. I wasted 3 hours at home waiting for NB Appliance Repair to arrive. The first step to getting good service is to SHOW UP."

"I called for a quote, was given a price and I was not even finished with my sentence and the customer service agent hung up on me! I said I was going to call around and he just hung up so now I will leave reviews and def go with someone else locally!! Awful and ignorant and just lost a multi homeowner!"

"Called them to fix my dryer to fix the broken belt , he said he fixed it couple days broke again and then he told me he must about installed the belt backwards , so then he replaced the belt again to find out that the part was broken and he just put the belt over the broken part , I called customer service to get my money back and I still haven’t had a call back yet . Horrible customer service I definitely do not suggest them for repairs, I ended up fixing it myself unfortunately."

"I just got off the phone with an appointment setter. He asked what zip code I needed service repaiir in, I told him 02746 in New Bedford and he told me they don't service that zip code??? I said is this New Bedford Appliance? Not sure why you wouldn't service me in New Bedford? Did I call too close to 5pm? What a joke!"
