"I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Everts and the entire team at this Carrollton Office. Everyone here was extremely friendly and had a warm aura that made the painful situation I was dealing with melt away. I truly felt like I belonged and that everything would be okay. My visit started with x-rays, and then Dr. Everts came in to talk to me. We discussed a treatment plan, and the front office staff came in to discuss payment options, being very upfront and honest about pricing and payment methods. Once the payment was settled, the entire team and Dr. Everts went to work. They made me feel safe and comfortable before my surgery. The customer service was superb, such as when a nurse greeted me at the surgical room door with a warm smile, showing their focus on the patient's well-being. It was the little thing by just standing there smiling that changed my frightened outlook into an outlook that felt, like I said earlier somewhere, that I needed to be with folks that were there to help someone like me out, kind of like at the right place at the right time sort of thing After the surgery, everything was explained to me, and the nurse also called in my prescriptions to my local pharmacy and provided detailed instructions on how to take them. Every human being in that office I came into contact with was genuinely warm, kind, and caring, which, in my opinion, is not always the case at dental offices. Anytime I need a surgical extraction or any other surgery, I will specifically request to be referred to this place. I wish nothing but the best for everyone in that office. "I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Carrollton Community Oral Facial Surgery. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and the process could not have been smoother. I am 25 so was a little concerned about having complications when getting them removed, but Dr. Everts did a phenomenal job of putting me at ease and executing my surgery. The office staff, Sonya, Ginny, and Courtney, were incredibly welcoming upon my arrival and very thorough with the information I needed in order to ensure the best recovery. Ms Misty, Lisa, Sam, Courtney, Shauna, Sonya and everyone else truly are the best staff I could have had alongside my wisdom tooth extraction and you are guaranteed to feel the same way. They said I wouldn’t have anything to worry about and they were right. The cost was sufficient. The treatment was amazing.
