"The worst salon centric I have ever been in. Unorganized, unprofessional, nothin is ever in stock. Boxes everywhere. Messy! One young short girl with short hair is always so sweet. The rest are always so clueless and lost. Standing in line 10 mins for a box of color? When there’s 4 other people working? There’s a line! Most are stocking up on a short lunch break. Open the other register! You ask about it and now everyone has an attitude. What the heck? I wish I didn’t have to come here. But it’s the only option. Disappointed every time."
"They have the products that are hard to find elsewhere. Kind of disappointed. Recent visit I found out I'm not allowed to purchase anything because I don't have an account OR business. In other words, no regular customers allowed to purchase anything that are not a salon owner or have an account to purchase for a salon business. I"m sure I can find the products I need elsewhere."
