"Mt daughter has always had a good experience here but the past 2 times she has been it's been HORRIBLE. Eyebrows no where near match one is super thin and 1 is super thick and ain't no way that lady didn't notice that. She's been super rude those last 2 trips and no one in shop but continues to talk on her phone until she wants to help you. People have REAL jobs and come on their lunch and expect good quality service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. AVOID at all cost!!!!!"

"My regular girl is out of service for a couple weeks and I desperately wanted my brows done before Christmas. I guess what they say is true, don't cheat on your Eyebrow tech. I asked for tidying up but I did NOT want it thinner beyond maintenance, but half my Eyebrows are gone, she fixed it once because one arched and other didn't... Get home to my actual mirror, the inside of my brows start entirely different places. One curves down toward my nose and one starts in an entirely different direction. I know brows are sisters and not twins, but this feels like Butchery. Way thin, can't do anything with them until they grow back except slather it in castor oil every night. I like my Eyebrows thick, not a repeat of the 90s."

"This was my first time getting individual lashes, and I must say they turned out very good. This was my first time getting eyebrow threading from this company. Threading was good other than the lady making them thin when I asked for a cleanup. Other than that, the service was good."

"I have come here two times before and had no issue, I generally visit threading stations in malls, but today was terrible. The lady that opened on Saturday has no business doing eyebrow threading. I asked her to cleanup and cutdown my eyebrows. She basically completely removed my eyebrow except a slight line. I should have realized when she didn’t advise me to hold my skin to tighten it that she has no business doing eyebrows. I should have known since they have a hiring sign posted saying no experience necessary."

"I've been here 3 times and the first two times were great! Both of the ladies I've seen are very nice, but the lady who threaded my eyebrows today pulled off a skin tag on one eye and left a ton of stray hairs that I had to come home and pluck myself. Edited to respond to the owner: Here's my receipt. You *did* charge me. You charged me $12 and I tipped you $5 and you STILL let me walk out with my blood on my eye and stray hairs on my eyebrows. I had planned to return until you posted this blatant (and misspelled) lie. Arguing with your customers on reviews is a bad look. And since you deleted your reply once you saw I had (literal) receipts, I've attached a screen shot of it, so people who are considering going to your shop know what kind of people they're dealing with."
