"$7000 job. Install was not done correctly. Missing parts as well. Employee we spoke to on the phone was completely unprofessional and actually wrote a nasty note on the invoice. Go somewhere else. Please, they’re not worth it. Save your money with a plumber."
"We had our walk in shower replaced with a bathtub about 2week ago. They were there for about 6hours they never rushed and they told us what they were doing and if this what we wanted, we said yes. And when they were done they asked us if we were happy or not and I was very pleased bc I didn't see any flaws in the work they did. The only thing they could of done was clean up the mess that was on the floor and toilet, the driveway. But other than that. I love my new bathroom it makes the room brighter."
"I had my bathtub redone May 2022. The shower handle recently broke. Just spinning around. Surprised because 22 years I’ve never had to replace the prior handle. Anyway was told I had a 10 day appointment wait. Ok took the appointment. Meanwhile my handy brother went and bought and installed a new handle. My shower works again but I do want this on record with bathfitters."
"Initially we were very happy with the process and the results. The problem we are having now a little less than a year since the project was done the faucet in the tub is leaking. I’m guessing the diverter needs a new cartridge or at the least washers. When we call the person on the phone is very polite asks questions then says there’s no one there that can help and takes a name and number. I really don’t think the faucet should be leaking when it is less than a year old. Still waiting for a call back… Update someone got back to me he was very helpful and is making sure the issue is resolved. Since I’m somewhat handy he will show me exactly how to handle the issue myself if it should happen in the future."
"The work they do is decent, I am overall happy with the product. We did have some issues after the fact and felt we got the run around in regard to getting a call back. The first issue is that our installer forgot to seal the top portion of our installation. I had to call no less than 3 times, each time being told I would get a call back from the owner Dan, and never did. Finally, after continued calls - i got a call back from the installer, who came out and finished doing the seal around the shower. One other minor issue is that they also removed a couple of tiles in my bathroom area for the installation and then refused to put them back up because "They don't do tile", as I was told. I was left with that responsibility. Not a huge deal, but after paying $4k, this was a bit ridiculous. My second issue (Still Ongoing), now a couple weeks after the job, is that the back plate to the tub faucet (the thing that shows hot/cold) is not connected to the wall it seems, as if I hold the handle i can freely move it back and forth to the left and right, sliding against the wall. I called Bath Fitter RI on Monday, 7/8, and spoke to Patty (who is very nice). However, I was once again told that I would get a call back from Dan - 3 days later and I am STILL waiting for a call. Bottom line - the finished product is decent, but they are awful w/ communications - even when there is an installation issue they are responsible for. If you say you are going to call back, then call back - don't just clam up because you want to move on to new paying customers; Make the time!"
