"Great place to do your laundry. It’s big and spacious with plenty of room to fold your laundry. All the machines are big and in working order. The washers cost a bit more than other places but don't forget drying is free. You use a big washer then you get to use the big dryer if available or 2 regular size dryers and I believe it 35 minutes each. The lady working there was very friendly and helpful. I definitely will be back."

"I just would like to put it out here in Google reviews that Joanne, I believe the manager, at this Wash World facility in New Bedford near Shaws, has been amazing to consult with and very people friendly. I have started bringing my comforters to this facility during COVID, and Joanne is extremely helpful and pleasant with all the questions I may have. The facility, in my opinion, is always nothing but immaculate. I will continue to bring my comforters to this facility as it is a very clean/friendly and accommodating establishment to go to, especially with Joanne being very pleasant to deal with."
"Wow..just wow. First thing I experience on a Saturday Morning. STAY AWAY! absolutely deplorable staff. Joanne the owner is even worse. They are rude and absolutely argumentative..they are not accountable for their malfunctioning card kios..would rather verbally attack than be accountable."
"The staff is generally rude, arguing, and smoking right outside the door. They also prioritize their own laundry service, so on any given day expect to go in the middle of the day to see half the washers and dryers with stickers indicating that they are for employee use only. These dryers have been done for several minutes. I had to cram my clothes into the next size down washer because of the 8 large ones they had a number were reserved for staff use only. Decently sized place but... If there were any better options as far as number of washers/dryers, I would be there in a heartbeat."
