They came to the house, picked it up, called when it was finished (and the gentleman I spoke to seemed very proud of the fact that he had cleaned it himself and not only saved the rug, but returned it to almost perfect condition) and set up a day for delivery. I was thrilled with the result. I used their services a second time a couple of months later for the rest of my area rugs and they were just as thorough and professional.
