"If I could give 0 stars I would. Had Darrell come out because my washer valve oxidized and needed replacement. For reference, this product retails for anywhere from $22 to $42 online. To change the valve and clean two screens the total was $595.00. He and an apprentice were here for a total of 20-minutes, mostly waiting on the back of their truck while the washer ran with the new valve. When asked for an itemized receipt I was told they don't do that. When asked for cost of parts vs labor he said it's a flat fee. I was told you "pay for their expertise" after he laughingly showed me the screens he washed. He gave me a "friends" discount for $50 because he wanted repeat business which I honestly told him wouldn't be happening. Caution to all to ask for an estimate upon arrival to your home before they start any work. He likened his job to that of mechanic and them getting to set their price because people don't know what they're paying for. Incredibly bad business and would recommend looking elsewhere with full confidence."
