"Nice and clean always a machine open but they need to put the TVs on English channels cuz every TV is always on the Spanish channel and I don't speak Spanish and today I went to the my clothes wash for like an hour and a half there was something wrong with the machine so finally the lady crying behind the machine and turned it off someone needs to come in and check all those machines cuz they all have washers and dryers but it is a nice clean place"
"Worst laundry mat in Central Falls! Had clothes dropped off here to be washed and they ended up stealing my clothes. They were rude the whole time and was unhelpful. Never bringing my laundry back here again. After reading the reviews it looks like this has been going on for years. They stay stealing clothes from their customers!! If I could give them no stars I would!"
"Been comming here for years because it's close. Been going down hill a while. There are 2 rows of 20 pound washers, one of them is always filled with the attendant washing clothes the other is mostly broken. Most of the dryers are broken in some way. Only repair guy I've ever seen here was for the quarter gambling machine."
"I used to love this place, but then one day they gave us the wrong bag of clothes. We have them another try, and this time they had a bunch of clothes out and had to ask us if the pieces were ours because they got it mixed up. We also started finding clothes that weren't ours mixed in our bag, thus we will never go back here for their drop off services."
"I usually go here because of the fact that it is pretty inexpensive compared to other laundromats. The price isn't worth it however because I left my clothes unattended for 5 minutes to go across the street and grab something to eat, and my clothes were stolen. It's not very clean, rarely do the attendants speak english, and don't even bother going to the restroom here. What surprised me was the fact that they have WiFi available and of course the larger washers are usually available. Just don't leave even for a second while your clothes are in the dryer if you do choose to do your wash here!"
