"update: placed an order for pick and delivery through Bolt Laundry, not knowing that they contract out to this laundromat. They were 2 hours late picking up the clothes, and still have not delivered the clothing back. They're not responding to Bolt's calls or requests for me to go and pick up my clothes, and when I called them directly, the person who answered the phone spoke no English. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would, and if I had known that Bolt was going to be contracting out to them, I would not have given them my clothes to begin with. They are an absolute trainwreck of a service, and give you nothing but excuses, atrocious service, and complete incompetence. DO NOT USE. This review is for their pick-up and delivery laundry service, not the self-service laundromat. I've used their service a few times now, spending hundreds of dollars, and each time there's something disappointing or mishandled about their service. My first few times I noticed delicates were torn in different places when I received the laundry back. No efforts had been made to remove any stains or use bleach on white towels and sheets as requested. Being disappointed and angry about the money I spent to have clothes returned back that way, I started requesting that they wash the clothing twice, and pay close attention to stains and remove them. The clothing started coming back cleaner after that, but still stains were not being removed. To add insult to injury, their delivery service started lagging as well. They started not delivering during the agreed upon time frames, and this last order, which was the last straw for me, they completely forgot to deliver my dry cleaning with the rest of the laundry. It took 5 calls from me and 4 hours of a delay for me to finally get my dry cleaning. If I wanted this much hassle, I'd launder the clothes myself. Absolutely disappointed in their service. Will look for another provider."

"The laundry mat although has a dripping ceiling in one spot with bucket underneath the rest of the place looks organize and clean. The prices and the machines are very reasonable price and very roomy. They have different prices for different prices for sizes of machines ranging from $4.50- 7.50. They also have free drying included with the washing. They also have free Wi-Fi. They also offer drop off and pick up. Or pick up and delivery."

"This review is for the laundry pick up and delivery service. I have been using their service for a few months now and couldn't be happier. The pricing is reasonable, they send you notifications as stated, the laundry is very clean and folded neatly and returned within the time promised, one time even earlier! I also love how they are easy to reach if you have any questions at all. Highly recommend!"

"I use On the Go for pick up/delivery wash, dry & fold and I have never been happier. The service is incredible - my clothes come back looking amazing. All my dresses are always pressed and hung fresh for the office and every thing else is folded perfectly. I use their app and it's so convenient since I work in Boston and can just schedule a pick up whenever. They're so good about communicating with me and double checking on my order or addressing any of my concerns like a stain I might want taken care of. Their pricing is also super competitive and it is WELL worth the cost. Save yourself the hassle, save the time, (save some money!!!) and let the amazing people at On the Go do your laundry for you.
