"I don’t go to this salon regularly but they were able to fit me in yesterday at 4:00 for a last minute pedicure. Roughest pedicure I’ve ever had. The older woman who did it scrubbed my toenails so hard with a small scrubber brush they began to bleed and now I have little sores on the cuticle area. I could tell she didn’t understand me when I was trying to ask her to be softer because she smiled at me and nodded “yes”. Paint job and shaping as you can see in the picture is unimpressive. The facility is clean but the polish options weren’t great, most colors I liked were all dried out. I don’t want to hurt this business with a bad review but I also want to forewarn the next customer who get this woman as their technician. My toes hurt today."
"Thank you all for a very pleasant mani pedi. It had been a couple years since I’d been anywhere. I felt wonderful after leaving. Everyone was great very pleasant atmosphere and exceptionally clean. When this salon first opened I had gone once. At that time I had a manicurist. Was just checking since it was so convenient to my home. This salon looks as good today as it did at their opening. I’ve found my new salon. Thank you, Highland Nails"

I was still sitting in the chair and Monica didn't rush me out after the salon closed. She still took her time and made my nails look exactly as the picture reference looked.
