"Our church had confirmed reservations for a Christmas Dinner and everyone was so excited! Unfortunately we were called 4 days before the dinner to be informed that since a smaller group had cancelled on the same day that they were cancelling ours. She said they would not open for only a group of 15-no apology, nothing."
