"Was told one price on Puzza Hut App but paid almost double when I picked up my food, I should have al the very least been called and told before hand , App said $8.10 was charged $15.33 they claimed they didn't sale 1/2 orders of breadsticks if they don't they shouldn't let you order it on the App at that store. It will be a long time if ever before I go back. False advertisement."
"I placed my online order at 12:17 for one larger pizza. The last few times I’ve ordered they didn’t have my order on time but it was already in the oven so I was waiting 20-25 minutes for my orders. So, I decided to give them a little longer and run an errand. I got there at 12:45 to pick my pizza up. The worker looked confused and started searching the computer for my order. She finally went to the order screen in their prep area and saw my order. Without asking me what I would like to do she just starts making my pizza and says “oh I didn’t hear it come through” so for 45minutes during lunch time they just didn’t check their screen!? I asked if there was something she could do for the inconvenience and I was told “no because like I said I didn’t hear it go off”. I finally get my pizza at 1:05 and as I am still sitting in the parking lot they come out of the store to smoke. You’d think after forgetting to check your order screens you’d sit inside for a while listening out. This location has increasingly gotten slow and no one seems to care."
"This location is severely understaffed. This has a massive negative impact on the quality of service and food."
"After spending 25 min trying to order from Pizza Hut app, which is anything but user friendly, the app decided that it can't deliver to business address less than a mile a way... Amazing! Never again! I rather stay hungry..."
"Staff are nice, pizza is typical of Pizza Hut...a bit pricey and a little greasy. Update: My last visit to this Pizza Hut was terrible! The food did not taste like typical Pizza Hut as any frozen pizza brand would've been better. One of my pizzas looked like it had been dropped and scraped back into the box and the food was cold. All the toppings were a jumbled pile on side of the pizza and bare crust on the other side. The price has also gotten ridiculously high and they had the nerve to ask for a tip for literally just handing me a box of cold destroyed pizza. No, tips are money earned for providing good service taking care of a patron at a sit down restaurant, not for someone doing the cashier job they are getting paid to do. Cashiers at the grocery store work harder and don't ask for nor receive tips, so why should someone at Pizza Hut handing you a box of dumped out cold food expect a tip?? Not at all happy with this Pizza Hut."
