"I notified the woman there of an un-godly noise coming from there, she said she would call her boss. Supposedly she did, now I'm going to call the Board of Health. Also there's trash everywhere and the owner doesn't care!"
"I dropped off my clothes yesterday for a wash, dry and fold and when I picked them up today and saw my clothes I was shocked. I paid almost $30 and many of my garments were folded inside out, and also the clothes were all shoved in my bag and wrinkled. I tired to call and leave a message so that I could potentially rectify this, and there is no way to leave a voice mail - it is full. When I called back someone would just pick up and hang up and not answer. Very unprofessional"

"So I came in here this morning as I just moved to the area. In the basement of my home it is $2 to wash. I went in to find out the prices to wash. When I found out I decided I will definitely go here because it is much cheaper. I went to cash $10 in quarters and the lady came up to me and said "you don't cash if you don't wash here" I told her I was coming to see the prices and I would be back. I asked her if it was only a dollar to wash and dry? She just kept walking and completely ignored me. I do plan on coming back but with that kind of customer service and attitude I am a little hesitant to. I moved twenty miles to this town and I know nothing about it. The welcome was so cold as she could have corresponded with me and said "yes everything is a dollar" and I would have told her I would be back. The attitude and the ignorance on a person who clearly is new to town and is asking questions about the prices is wrong. I'm willing to try and go back with a hope of a friend let welcome. Having a baby they would receive alot of money from me. Just dissatisfied with her approach and her ignoring me when I asked her to confirm the prices a customer told me. After writing this I just read a review with the same issue. That's how you loose a lot of business and their is no need to be rude especially when I'm asking you the prices so I can make sure this is the laundromat I want to go to. Very hesitant now after reading other review"
"Reasonably clean, well-maintained and inexpensive, has a variety of machine sizes. Not large but has its own offstreet parking and a wash/dry/fold service as well as self-service washers and dryers. Decent heat and AC for winter and summer, too. Coin op only AFAIK , those laundry cards don't work here."
