They arrived on time, were extremely organized, and wore booties to protect the floor surfaces of the home. The results are outstanding. The kitchen and family room floors which are about 20 years old, look like they did the day they were installed. That includes the grout, which was my main concern. I will never be cleaning my grout by hand again! The quality of the product is exceptional and the prices are fair.
