"Came in for the first time simply for a press. She gave me the receipt. I looked at it in my car and went back immediately. I picked up my blouse. She had charged me almost $18 just for a press. I mentioned this is more than I pay in Beacon Hill, Boston. Went to another dry cleaning 10 minutes away and he charged me $8.95. So indeed I walked in and 5 minutes later I walked out. And I will never go back. So definitely one star for her dishonesty."

"I brought my down comforter in to New England Cleaners to be cleaned. I came back to pick it up and they gave me someone else's comforter. I pointed this out and the woman behind the counter went off in search for mine. I watched her look for it and when she finally found it, it hadn't been folded and packed like it normally would have been. I found that odd but didn't say anything. I paid for it, brought it home, there was still cat hair on it and a spot that I had pointed out when dropping it off.. It had never been cleaned. I went back, and pointed this out. The woman behind the counter insisted it had been cleaned. I asked for my money back and she refused. Thankfully, I used my credit card and had the charge removed. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere."

"They lost my down comforter and at first refused to pay for it. Then they were going to give me $100 since it was 2 years old and not new, but really? Who can replace a down comforter with a USED comforter? Especially one that was in excellent shape. You have to buy a new one! Oh, and before that, they tried to pawn someone else's white comforter on me and said, "Well, yours was white and this one is white, they're the same!" Sheesh! Avoid them at all costs."

"So the lady is basically hanging up on me acting as if she does not understand me . She is extremely Rude and they are saying they have lost my jacket but if I come in they can find my jacket she than proceeds to tell me the manger is in the hospital bUT than told me come in to talk to him? They are not ignoring my phone calls, I will be filling a lawsuit and a complaint against this since my jacket was extremely expensive . Do not go to this dry cleaners do not think it’s anything better I rather go to a dry cleaners that doesn’t clean my clothes than to go back here. Update: a young man picked up the phone saying he found my jacket . Hopefully it’s the correct one. Update: was the correct one , guy gave ME the attitude cause I was not gonna pay for something that was LOST and when I was given a hard time. I will still be filling a complain to city hall about the business they allow"

"I brought in a sweater asked to sew two small elbow holes. They destroyed the sweater by sewing tacky polyester patches on both elbows . They never called to ask permission. I would have rather had the sweater returned with holes than these things installed. I would have preferred to do it myself. I have never had a cleaner or tailor take this kind of license. It is incompetent and more so lazy. Beyond lazy. Do not use them for sewing."
