"We hired Neat and Sweet for a post-home renovation, pre-move in deep clean. We were extremely disappointed with the results, so much so that we sent photos of some of the overlooked and missed spaces. In attempt to make it right, they came back a week later. Sadly, in the 20 minutes of their return cleaning, more than half of our complaints were not addressed. We were left delayed a week for moving in, and I still needed to clean the house myself at 9 months pregnant. The reviews seemed promising, and the management seemed nice, but the cleaning was very lazy and overpriced. We even got an excuse from one of the cleaners as to why they didn’t vacuum two of the rooms that his “vacuum was full”. We hoped to find a regular cleaning service in this company, but will not use them again or recommend them to others."

I was skeptical at first but having received the deep clean service it is undeniably worth it. I believe Rosa was one of our attendants but I did not grab the name of the second. They both worked diligently throughout the four hour deep clean and the results are undeniable. The most notably results were in the bathroom and the oven but it was worth it all the way round."
