"The worst possible service especially compared to the service that was there before COVID. The woman who served me never said hello or goodbye, never looked at me, and was eating (!) McDonald's fries while handling my laundry. There were no other customers on the premises to take her attention away -- she still paid zero attention to me while I was standing there waiting for her to say something, anything -- while she was talking to her daughter who she allowed to be behind the counter. This teenager was giggling, eating fries, and behaving the way a teenager would with her friends at a party-- while trying to process my credit card and while I was standing there. And I am not a teenager, my grandchildren are older than this teenager. And this was not the first time -- similar shoddy service, by the same service clerk occured just a couple of weeks ago. One might be willing to tolerate this disgrace of a service if the prices were lower than the competition (I wouldn't anyway, though) but the prices are not lower, to say the least. Avoid them until they clean up their service -- they know how, the service was good before, and if they need the business they will fix the service. If they do not need the business, why would you go there?"
