"I took my clothes to this cleaner and I some of my shirts come out yellow and one of my coats got overheated by a flat iron and left a huge mark and when I went to talk to the owner he denied it and didn’t hold responsibility for his actions."

I brought a saree and the woman at the desk informed me that since it was so delicate it should be hand washed only and she didn’t recommend dry cleaning. I appreciated the tip. "Definitely go to Viking Cleaners! IF YOU WANT YOUR GARMENTS LOST AND YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY! I went to Viking for years and I usually prepaid in advance. I gave them lots of business as they were in a convenient location. The last few years I gave them garments for winter storage. This year when it was time to pick my storage up it was missing a coat. When I asked Kee, who I usually dealt with where it was he insisted he did not have it. When I elaborated and told him exactly when it was given to him he looked into the issue and said "maybe it was deleted from the system". As discomforting as this was I was still optimistic that my coat would show up. I went to Viking in December with my wife to check in on the issue knowing I had dropped the coat off for storage. When I expressed my concern Kee's wife scoffed at me and chuckled. Kee couldn't have been more condescending to me and repeatedly rolled his eyes at me. So much for customer service after I was a model, prepaying customer for years. I decided to maybe give Viking one last chance a couple months later. I came into their establishment with a large pile of garments to be cleaned and asked if the coat had turned up. "What coat?" Was the response I received from Kee's wife. Kee came out and condescended to me and again, denied they ever had the coat I know I dropped off. I got a couple of insincere apologies from the two of them. After an argument I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere and advised him not to roll his eyes at paying customers going forward. He is truly an abomination when it comes to dealing with the public (and keeping track of loyal customers' garments). I took my business elsewhere and when I told them what had transpired at Viking they said they frequently hear similar stories about them. In closing, Viking Cleaners are untrustworthy, rude and irresponsible. Avoid at all costs for the sake of your clothes! If I could give them negative stars I would."

"I had an old pair of wool outdoor pants given to me by grandfather. They were many sizes too big, and the cut was very odd. Viking C&L did an absolutely amazing job on a pair of pants that I thought were a lost cause. They turned them around quite quickly as well. I would highly recommend."
