"half the machines are constantly out of order. they also lock the machines to where you cant change the lint filters, so clothes dont dry properly. will not be using again."

They also have a change machine which works fine and they really are open till 10:00 it's clearly stated that the last load has to be end by quarter and 9:00. Everything went smooth and simple but you have to leave the building to wash your clothes and might as well be the place to do it. And yet again no line in and out no mus"

"This place is very modern and clean. However, their google business page says and has said they are open till ten, they will firmly tell you their last wash is 730 pm. That coupled with the fact that the manager had no answers for me regarding the $35 I put on there prepaid card over the weekend that is non refundable made for a very bad and poor customer service experience. The woman attendant who told me this was very much incapable of any guidance or a phone number for reimbursement nor is there any contact on this prepaid card. She firmly refused to give me a number so I helped myself to the machines and now here I sit until my laundry is finished or ten pm arrives. She was very quick to find someone for me to talk to while I sit but this will be the last time I’m here so adios bright and clean!
