"I’ve been bringing my garments here for dry cleaning and alterations for several years now. They are by far the best dry cleaners around. A family owned business, their customer service is superb!! Everyone is so friendly! Even when I moved to a few towns over I kept bringing my clothes to be cared for by them. I honestly don’t think I could trust any other place. I recommend them to all my friends and the ones who end up using their services always have a great experience."

"This place has bad ethics, they robbed a hard working seamstress working there out of her paycheck because she supposedly “ruined” someone’s pants. The seamstress has been doing this for 25 years and she does not deserve that, no one should be getting robbed out their check. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Bad ethics."

"I just moved in next door, Chelsea Cleaners is supposed to service the three buildings of the Collective. I am coming from out of town, so did not know any better and, and it helped that they were conveniently located. Not only do they not actually clean your clothes (they simply press them), they added ADDITIONAL stains to some of my very expensive clothes. I have already made sure the Collective knows not to recommend Chelsea Cleaners to anyone living at the Park Chelsea, Agora or Garrett, and I implore anyone else to simply read the other reviews - I am not the only one posting about random NEW stains appearing on their clothes. For shorts/pants, they are also too cheap to use clip on hangers and attach shorts/pants to a normal hanger with bobby pins, which is the trashiest thing I have ever seen and also pokes permanent holes?? The staff is also very rude and unhelpful."

"I came here at the last possible moment seeking alterations on the sleeves of my bridesmaid dress. The seamstress here was able to suggest a fix, get it done in less than a week, and the dress looked great! I reccently went back for more work on a different dress, which I'm supposed to pick up next week. Counter staff are very nice and very helpful. Prices are very reasonable. I absolutely recomend Chelsea Cleaners!"
