"One of the worst things about this is that they have a machine where you can get chips, sodas and water, but most of those things already expired more than a year ago and they don't even throw them, and there's kids buying them all the time. On top of that the owners barely come to this laundry, don't answer the phone calls and don't even take care of it right, half of machines not working, dryers seem like they work but they don't and we're expending money on the dryers just to come here after 20 minutes and realize that clothes are not dry. These people are taking advantage of everyone who comes here."

"I used to love this place but today was the last straw. Most of the dryers say no vacuum. You come back and half your clothes are dry. Today i spent 3 hrs there for all my clothes to be wet. Scrubs you have gone down the drain and are stealing ppl money. Im over it. Never again!!!!"
"Great space, new machines and like anything mechanical sometimes they malfunction. I had a washer machine malfunction once, the laundry attendant explained she could not resolve the issue and told me to write to the owner at the email or comment box on the website. I did both and never heard from anyone. Twice the dryer had not been drying and had to change machines."
