"Both the man and the woman are rude, terrible customer service skills. I’ve come repeatedly for dry cleaning and tailoring. Every time they both sigh heavily as if I’m asking them to do something that’s not related to their job. Why have a business like this if you don’t want the work and to get paid for it? I never complained about prices or anything, but they act like they have to go above and beyond every time and I’m inconveniencing them by being their customer. They also roll their eyes and complain if I try to confirm what they say or just confirm my question so there’s no misunderstanding. I usually come here because of the proximity to my home, but I’ve had enough and I’m willing to go farther away and pay more for honestly better human interactions."

"I've been coming here for years and I bring all of my blankets and winter jackets plus a variety of one offs throughout the year. I have two cats who manage to get cat hair everywhere and they do a great job removing all of it! Their hours are super convenient - I can stop by after work without rushing home."

"I have visited the place a couple of times due to the proximity to my place, but I will NEVER go again. I paid 7.25$ for a pair of cargo pants (not even suit pants!) and when I went to pick them up, I noticed they still had stains! When I politely indicated this to the lady working there, I got a RUDE reply: “this is the best we can do”, “your pants had stains and that’s all you get”! I had to ask her to lower down her voice, remind her that I am the customer and I am not paying 7.25$ to still see stains on my items. She continued saying, “you don’t understand” and I asked my money back. She unwillingly gave me back 2.25$ and I left. Totally not recommended."

"Korean staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Had them dry clean a shirt I bought 5 months ago, the shirt came back looking brand new. Very satisfied with their service and work."
