"The dealbreaker was they left our backdoor unlock after our latest service. We have a baby at home and it is terrifying to come home to that. We really enjoyed their service until we asked for reoccurring services. During their last service to our house: While we liked the job done there were multiple things that happened during this time that we cannot ignore. - The staff were 45 minutes (or 2 hours, depending on which start I was provided. They gave one time via text and another via email). - We found one of our half eaten potato chip bag on the counter (and while I would have been fine if they asked, it feels disrespectful to eat our food without our permission). While they do well as a service, only use them once otherwise you will be disappointed."

"Very disappointed in the sloppy cleaning I received with the deep cleaning. Floors were still dirty, dusting was insufficient, they left some areas in the kitchen dirtier than before the cleaners were there. Sent pictures and gave feedback, only meek response was that she'd speak to the team. I don't believe at all that the cleaners are properly trained. Cleaners also accidentally took the carpet attachment of my personal vacuum with them (not insignificant as that part alone is about $150). Waiting to get it back atm. + Was easy to book, availability within the same week, cleaners were friendly and on time. However, after paying almost $190, I expect my apartment to be actually clean, not merely less dirty than before. Can't recommend this company."
