"This place is a PARADISE compared to literally every single laundromat in Waltham. Update: I still like this place, BUT, see attached photo. Those aren’t my clothes but this is what happens with their dryers. The doors do not latch and they do not stay closed. They swing open on their own while drying. The same thing happened to me the last time I was there. I decided to take this picture after the Second time this happened to whomever this poor person’s clothes were."
"1. Terrible customer service by owner. He said that what I had was stains (without seeing it), I should buy better product and that I should just pay for the wash again... I already noted it wasn’t stained and it’s the washer that many times isn’t thoroughly cleaning. It cleans just fine other places. 2. The washers only run for about 20 minutes, that’s also for the larger machines which is $9 but runs the same amount of time as the smaller ones? DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$ HERE."
