"I've been using the pickup and delivery service from Highlander Laundry and I love it. Jackie is quick to respond and lets me know if I'll get my laundry back the same day or the next day. The price is reasonable overall and the cost of laundering a fullsized quilt is amazing $20--it almost costs me more to do it myself. I take my makeup off with white face cloths and the cloths came back bright white and makeup free."
"I have just read a review dated 3 weeks ago that this place is under new ownership and has been cleaned up. I sincerely hope this is true, because I brought a lot of laundry there this past summer and the conditions of both the machines and the floors and the counters were BELOW third world. Rather than risk some kind of disease from the filthy washers and dryers, I opted to drag the heavy bags of laundry to someplace that had a clean surface on site. My one star is for the traumatizing visit I had. I will stop by again to see if the reports of new ownership and higher standards are true."
"Terribly dirty, half of the machines are out of order, owners are never around and clearly don't care. Dryers/washers occasionally malfunction and ruin clothes. This place used to be great, but clearly new ownership has not been good (to put things politely)."
"I came to do laundry and was in awe of how disgusting this place looked like. I was surprised, as this place was recently renovated. It was filthy in all aspects. The floors, the cars that the clothes are carried in, the ins and outside of the machines. Machines that don't work and take your money eith no signs of units not working. I wish that I could post photos for you all to view. Years ago, i remember this place being nice and clean. Not anymore!!!"
