"Be aware! At first i thought what a smart system this is. I needed to put at least $10 into my Automatic Laundry account. That was working, the money was transferred. When i then tried to start the maschine it just always said „maschine could not get started“. The phone number on the maschine for assistance is not working, no one answers phone calls. I tried 5 different maschines, as well with several apartment staff workers at different times, it kept on not working. After reporting Automatic Laundry respond to me with allegedly problem solving solutions for the problem. I did all of the named things. It still wasn’t / isn’t working. I contacted Automatic Laundry and told them that its not working like this: taking money and not giving the offered service. Thats an clear violation of the contract between the customer and the company. I asked for an refund of my money, but after this they never responded to me anymore. Really disappointing customer assistance as well as the not working laundry maschines of Automatic Laundry. I would not recommend anyone to use this service as its not safe that your laundry maschine will work, and you will only see if it works after transferring them money, which you will as seen here not get back, even though its clearly on them. But the most important thing is that they are not willing to help and just keep your money⚠️"

"Since our condo complex went with Automatic Laundry things are 100% better. Machines are new, clean and operate properly. I called once to report a sharp tear in dryer lint filter and it was replaced promptly. Nice to be able to pay with credit/debit card and not have to save quarters. Great Service."

"I have NEVER had a smooth experience using automatic laundry machines, dryers, value loading machine and most especially the app!! It’s nearly impossible to do laundry without an issue!! And now supposedly it was upgraded to a different payment system using the app??!! I will drag my laundry elsewhere before I load money then machines to just have an issue!! MISERABLE laundry day is rough enough and dealing with primitive apps and ancient Machines to now be forced to use it?? No thanks"
