"Purchased $10,000 of equipment from Garment Machinery. When they failed to deliver in the time frame they promised, I asked to change the location of the delivery, which they said would result in an additional charge. I told them not to change the location of the delivery, but they said I had to pay additional fees anyway, just for asking if the location could be changed! When I refused to pay their unauthorized fee, I was informed that they were going to "keep the file open" so I could not get warranty work on the equipment from the manufacturer. I'm regretting my decision to trust this company."
