"Quoted $70 on a ticket when drop off but charged $80. I took my coats in for cleaning. I was quoted $70 for 2 coats after initial check by the lady at the shop. But the cost went up to $80 when I picked up the coats. I asked why the up charge was not communicated when I dropped off the coats, but it was a different employee at the shop at the time, and he could only tell me that was not him and he has to ask his boss. I would not trust someone who tries to up charge without any communication."
