"The sales team is knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions thoroughly. The install crew got the solar installed in really no time at all (few hours). Communications to inspectors is handled by them, you just need to wait. They will keep you informed. The system can't generate until these inspections are complete. They have sub-contractors for roofing repair should you need it (and I did). Finally they have a financing company they work with. So the management of sales, install, inspection, roof repair, and financing was all pretty integrated into the process. So, I guess that leaves cost. I attempted to get 4 bids. 1 was a no show, 2 were technically the same company (differing sales rep), and then APG. So between the two options, APG was a lower price for the same KW generation. ~10% less money. When dealing in 10s of thousands of dollars, 10% is a lot. If you want to learn about solar prior to speaking to sales, I recommend watching YouTube videos. They are quite useful. Cheers!"

"I live in Leominster MA and we just went 2 days without power after a storm caused a tree to fall onto our power lines ripping them clean off my house. National Grid gave us an estimated 4 days before power was restored. I came home earlier today and there were a few Alliance crews across the street working on the power lines on my main street (Hamilton Street) These friendly guys struck up a conversation with my 4 year old and I mentioned that we had been without power for 2 days. The crew immediately sprung into action and happily and efficiently restored power to our home within 20 minutes. Thankfully yesterday we had an electrician out and the wire inspector in town gave the approval for the power to be restored. These guys are our HEROES. Seriously. We are SO thankful to the crews that were in Leominster MA on Thursday August 6th. We would have been waiting until at least Saturday for National Grid. THANK YOU ALLIANCE!"
