My nerves were very quickly settled once I sat down with Joe and Debbie to discuss the transition from start to finish. They are some of the best people I have ever met in my life. The communication, value, punctuality and cleanliness of the entire project was amazing. I didn’t even know that part of the house was under construction because of how clean everyone was! "This was our second experience working with Duncan Kitchen and Bath and we could not be happier! Both times we did a bathroom remodel, both times our experience was very positive. When you sit down and talk to Joe and Debbie, it's like sitting and talking to friends. The quality of their work is great, they take their time to make sure you are happy and if there is an issue, they work with you to resolve it to your satisfaction. When they leave at the end of the day, you wouldn't even know they had been there. They clean up every day before they leave your house. The contractors for plumbing, flooring , carpentry, plastering and tiling are committed to doing things as if they were working on their own homes. They are very experienced in working on older dwellings (ours is 153 years old) and it shows. They are true professionals and I only wish I had something else for them to work on! "From start to finish Duncan Kitchen & Bath did an amazing job. Our old 1980s kitchen was turned into an amazing space with maximum storage and a beautiful design. Debbie is quick to respond with calls and emails, always patient when we asked for revisions or had questions. Joe and his crew were prompt, always showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up after they left. When one of the cabinets arrived with slight damage to the finish, it was replaced within days, no questions asked. Duncan stayed within our budget and did quality work, took care of permits, and coordinated all subcontractors.
