"Update-- throughout all of the years you've gotten free bags, just for being a customer is no longer available. Very sad but I'm glad he still hooks us up. Been coming here as a kid. Used to love the old owners they always treated you like family. Still keep in touch w/ them til this day. New management is alright. Man seems like a grump but he's nice . They also close earlier than their regular normal hours Update so I got to know the new owner and he's not a grump at all he just looks like it lol"

"Ever since a new owner took over this place has turned in to a dump. Some of the older machines leave a funky smell on your clothes. Facilities just really aren't that clean at all. Trash swept in to corners. Tons of floor tiles missing and cracked. Barells and stools caked with grime. Visible mold. So much dust. Absolutely not my first pick for laundry day. Plenty of other options that are better in the Lowell area."

"Ever since this place was sold There is no more help from the wonderful teens who load and unload my vehicle. They were so friendly now it’s like pulling teeth just to ask for a bag because your bag rip."

"I just started going to this laundry Matt and on the first day I pulled up I had a lot of laundry because I just moved to new home ,this person that works here doesn’t know me from a hole in the wall and he ran outside to help me ,that right there was a keeper in my eyes but it gets better all the machines run great and the dryers are all hot ,all I know is I’ve been going every Sunday morning ever since thank you love this place and the people that work there are very nice it’s a little hard to park when it’s crowded but that is my only complaint and I don’t even think I should complain about it .ok so this is me again because o read a review that got me mad .how can anyone complain about anything in this business because I’ve been to a lot of laundrymsts on my lifetime and this place is no Doubt the best place I’ve ever been to wash my clothes they are very helpful people that own or work here and every time I needed help with anything ,they were right there to help me or fix the problem so if you complain just go somewhere else and see if you can get the nice people like here and they offer you there coffee and pastries and sometimes home made come one now,where else you going to get that treatment?exactly no where else buddy"
