We are still in the process of repairing damage so this is an ongoing project, but hopefully I can update in the future and add even more names of the amazing people at ServPro of Lowell that has helped us. To summarize, the entire team at ServPro has been great to work with."

They were able to get to us the very next day after we called and were able to dry out our basement from the infiltration of groundwater resulting from very heavy rains in our area. Alan, the manager, along with George and Jomar were super helpful and worked diligently to dry out our basement. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful and made a very stressful situation seem manageable. They were handling a large number of calls for their services because of flooding all over our area, so there were small issues that I imagine are not normal such as not being able to provide an estimate of costs in advance nor a particularly informative final bill. But we would definitely call them again if this were ever to reoccur."
