"The house that we purchased has split units for heating and cooling with electric baseboard that we use as a backup. While a split unit system is easy to use and extremely efficient, this particular system has been plagued with leaks. We contacted Preferred air to identify the problem and address it. The first service call did not address the problem and two days later the system was blowing cold air (instead of warm). I contacted the company.
