"Called this company today for our ice machine. This company was listed on the preferred list of repair companies from the ice machine manufacturer. When I called a woman answered the phone. I explained that we needed service on our ice maker. She then told me that she couldn't help me that they were very busy and weren't taking new customers. A service company that isn't taking new customers??? I could understand if they couldn't come out right away but to be in a manufacture preferred list and say we aren't taking new customers I can't help you is ludicrous."
