"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Someone replaced my key on Wednesday, and said it would take an hour. I was very skeptical as he was done in 25 min. I go to my car TWO DAYS LATER and it’s dead. Clearly picked up a used battery off the floor. The person who did it is ignoring me after he said he’d come back to fix it. For 275$ ??? not worth it !! Spend your money elsewhere"

"I have to be honest, I was a bit skeptical of this process (getting my keys through a kiosk) but I needed copies of my house key and the kiosk was right around the corner. I was thrilled at how quick, convenient, reasonably priced my new keys were - and not to mention all the great designs to choose from which makes identifying keys so much easier. Once again, even after getting my copies I was worried that they might not fit right but was again proven wrong. I tired all 3 copies immediately and was very happy they all worked perfectly. This a GREAT service and I will absolutely use again when needed."

"Very efficient. Would have liked more design options at kiosk (other option was to have them sent to your home in 3-5 days). A tad pricey as well (somewhere around $6 per key). But I am unsure on market pricing. Worth it to make one extra set. ProTip- You are able to make key fobs here. Unsure on the exact criteria for this, but I was able to make a duplicate."

"Easy. I had six keys made and it took much longer than I thought (15-20 minutes). The keys worked though seem like a flimsy kind of metal that could break off in a lock. And much more expensive than going to a hardware store. You definitely pay for the convenience."
