"From the start, trying to schedule any kind of appointment with this place was a nightmare. I had to call repeatedly and speak to someone who assured me that I would get called back to set up an appointment - this only finally happened after several days. Then finally after the appointment was set up and it came time for it, no one arrived. I called back and was told that they'd tell me the situation soon - predictably, I never got told the situation, despite repeated calls. If you want to deal with multiple levels of indirection between you and the person who's actually going to be coming to your house, if you want to be ignored repeatedly, and if you want to be ghosted after setting up an appointment, then this place is for you! What's worse is that when I looked for other handymen on Google Maps, different listings with different addresses and phone numbers all ended up going to this same answering service. Whatever this shady company is has put up several duplicate, bogus listings in Massachusetts for their business. Good luck finding a real handyman who is not actually these guys."
