"Sent this company a work order on January 27th asking for confirmation of email received. Never heard back; called today, the person who answered the phone did not announce her name, put me on hold then disconnected me. I called back; she still did not provide her name; so I asked for it; Jennifer could not confirm that the work order was ever received, as it was sent to a different employee, who was conveniently "out of the office". Needless to say, I had to dispatch this to another company. I highly recommend NOT using this company; they don't respond to emails, the receptionist is completely rude and ineffective, would have given less than one star, if possible."
