We did have another electrician come out and he told us we needed to do option B - which was much more expensive. John said we could do either A or B; but it would be OK if we choose option A. We choose option A and couldn't be more pleased. John and his crew were always professional, punctual and even cleaned up every time they were there. John answered promptly, and guided me through the necessary next steps in order to offer an accurate diagnosis on the issue I was experiencing. John was very transparent in sharing that he and his crew were booked solid for the day, but if he could he would try to find a window of time to have someone come out and take a look. Additionally, John was very professional and understanding in acknowledging that if I found someone else to simply let him know.
